Data we may process
Account identifiers, subscription and entitlement state, registered-device metadata, user-created privacy events, security settings, support records and operational security/audit events. Sensitive device capabilities are collected only when required for an enabled feature and permitted by the platform.
What PATCHES does not require
PATCHES does not require unrestricted access to another partner’s database, does not sell personal information for advertising, and does not require storage of Master Code, Duress Code or Ghost Vault encryption keys in partner systems.
Location and movement
Location-dependent features should use the minimum information necessary. PATCHES is not designed as a permanent historical driving-route database.
Partners
Licensed integrations such as ARMA 360 receive only scoped data and entitlements required for the licensed capability. Partner access must be authenticated, logged and limited.
Your controls
Eligible authenticated users may request account-data export or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling or law.
Security
PATCHES uses layered account authentication, authorization, audit records and platform-supported secure storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
