PATCHES uses recurring subscriptions and a seven-day trial where offered.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the billing channel used to purchase the subscription. Access normally continues through the paid period unless law or the purchase channel requires otherwise.
App stores
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable store process and rules.
Direct purchases
Direct-web refund eligibility may depend on service use, duplicate charges, technical failure and applicable law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where supported.
High-impact add-ons
Enrollment fees or device-specific services may have separate disclosures before activation. No irreversible managed-device action should be enabled merely because a subscription was purchased.
Billing disputes
Contact PATCHES support with the account email, charge date and non-sensitive transaction details. Never send passwords, Master Codes, Duress Codes or recovery secrets.
